Drive-In

I was lucky enough to go to the drive-in Friday night. Not only was the weather perfect - just cool enough to snuggle under a blanket - but we had the perfect line up of blockbuster movies. Neither of us had seen Transformers 2 yet so we were able to see GI Joe and Transformers 2.

GI Joe was what I expected - nothing amazing, but entertaining. Like usual, the strong female role appealed to me greatly. I was a fan of Scarlett instantly.

It was unfortunate that Transformers 2 was so disappointing. Visually, I enjoyed the movie. But the plot, storyline - pretty much anything with the live actors - I didn't enjoy.

Oh well, a night filled with junk food and snuggling can't be ruined by an over-processed movie.
